Water is life and clean water means health!

The critical importance of unrestricted access to clean drinking water and basic sanitation for all is highlighted in Sustainable Development Goal 6: Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.

SDG 6 aims to achieve universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water for all by 2030 and support local engagement in water and sanitation management.

Project Propel Nepal distributed 100 Sawyer household water filters to women’s groups in Dakshinkali, Kathmandu and women at Monohara settlement at Bhaktapur. This initiative will help women and their families access clean and safe drinking water.
